Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Each ticket costs $50 and a maximum of 1000 tickets are sold. Each ticket is numbered 0001 – 1000.
Tickets may be purchased online at sfdco1.org or at designated physical locations.
We accept Venmo, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. PayPal also gives you the ability to utilize your credit card to make the purchase.
We will ATTEMPT to satisfy requests for a specific number; however, there is no guarantee.
If less than 1,000 tickets have been sold by 2:30 pm on May 14th, 2025; prizes equal to 66% of ticket receipts will be awarded as follows:
1st($10,000)prize=30.3015% of available prize money
2nd($5,000)prize=17.49% of available prize money
3rd($2,000)prize=15.1515% of available prize money
4th($1,500)prize=6.0595% of available prize money
5th($1,000)prize=2.225% of available prize money
5 ($500) prizes = 1.5115% EACH of available prize money (7.5575% total)
10 ($300) prizes = 0.9105% EACH of available prize money (9.105% total)
10 ($200) prizes = 0.6050% EACH of avail. prize money (6.050% total)
20 ($100) prizes = 0.3030% EACH of avail. prize money (6.060% total)

All prizes are non-transferable and will be issued in check form.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
The raffle drawing will take place on May 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
Each ticket permits the ticket holder and one guest (over the age of 21).
The drawing will be conducted by a member of the Smithtown Fire Department Engine Co 1. The winners will be selected randomly.
Winners will be notified by email or phone listed on the ticket payment form within two business days of the drawing unless they are deemed present at the drawing.
Prizes will not be issued at the time of the event, and will be issued within five (5) business days from the date of the drawing.
The Smithtown Fire Department reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Smithtown Fire Department’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by the Smithtown Fire Department in its sole discretion.
Participation in the raffle constitutes winner’s consent to the Smithtown Fire Department’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
The Smithtown Fire Department is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Smithtown Fire Department and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
This raffle is conducted under the Game of Chance registration ID of [License Number], issued by the New York State Gambling Commission.
