Smithtown Fire Department Engine Co. 1 Raffle is conducted by Engine Company 1, a distinct entity operating under the auspices of the Smithtown Fire Department, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All proceeds from this raffle will directly support Engine Company 1 in its efforts to maintain and enhance fire safety services for our community.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. All raffle ticket purchases are considered donations to Engine Company 1 and are therefore not refundable. Tickets are non-transferable, and the winner must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning the receipt and use of raffle prizes.
